Delivery and pickup
How much is delivery in Singapore?
Standard delivery is S$3.95 and free on orders over S$50. It arrives the next working day (our courier doesn't run on weekends).
Can I get my order today?
Yes. Choose same-day delivery (S$9.95, order by 2:30pm), 3-hour express (S$19.95) or 1-hour rush (S$29.95) at checkout.
Do you deliver chilled and frozen items?
Yes. Ice cream, frozen treats and other chilled items go by express courier (from S$14.95 same-day, order by 2:30pm) and aren't included in free delivery. You can also pick them up for free at Tanglin Mall.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup at Tanglin Mall is free. Choose Pickup at checkout and wait for our "ready to collect" email before you come by.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, worldwide by DHL Express. Rates show at checkout. Any import duties and taxes are paid by the receiver, and some countries have strict rules on food imports.
The shop
Where are you and when are you open?
The Candy Store, Tanglin Mall, 163 Tanglin Road, #01-101, Singapore 247933. Open every day: Monday to Thursday 10am to 9pm, Friday to Sunday 10am to 10pm. Get directions.
Is the shop range the same as online?
Mostly, but online orders ship from our warehouse, so some items may be online only or shop only. If you're after something specific, message us before you visit.
Products
Do you have halal and vegan sweets?
Yes. Browse Halal and Vegan, and always check the ingredients on the product page and the packaging before eating.
Where can I check ingredients and allergens?
On each product page and on the packaging. If anything is unclear, ask us before you order.
Not sure what to pick?
Ask the Candyologist (the button at the bottom of every page). Tell it the occasion, taste or budget and it picks for you.
Orders, payment and refunds
How can I pay?
Cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices include tax.
Is there a discount for signing up?
Yes. Sign up to our emails for 5% off your first order and first dibs on new drops.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Sorry about that. Send us a photo and your order number within 24 hours of delivery and we'll put it right. Because food is perishable we can't take returns for change of mind. See our refund policy.
Business orders
Can you help with events, gifts or an office pantry?
Yes. We do candy bars and gifting for events and launches, and our Office Club keeps office pantries stocked. Trusted by Spotify, Google, Kiztopia, W Hotel, The American Club and many more. Plan a business order.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Businesses can apply on the Join the Wholesale Club page. Once approved, log in to see wholesale prices, including our Pick and Mix range.
