This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle deliveries, processing times, and shipping fees, all while complying with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and the relevant e-commerce regulations. We currently offer shipping to:

We do our best to ship orders fast, but here’s what you can expect:
Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days
Express Delivery: Same-day delivery if ordered before 3 PM (additional fees apply)
Store Pickup (Click & Collect): Ready within 24 hours (pickup from Tanglin Mall #01-101)
Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)
Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days (where available)
Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs fees.
📌 Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier disruptions.
All shipping rates will be calculated based on each order at checkout.
Singapore: Flat rate shipping fees or free shipping thresholds may vary depending on promotions.
Express Delivery (Singapore Only): Rates calculated at checkout.
International: Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on location, weight, and courier service.

We ship internationally, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
Customs Delays: Your package may take extra time if held up by your country’s customs. We are not responsible for these delays.
Import Duties & Taxes: You may be required to pay import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These are NOT included in the checkout price.
Prohibited Items: Some countries have strict rules on food imports (e.g., Australia). If your package is rejected by customs, we are not liable for refunds.

Tracking Info: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Updates: Keep an eye on your tracking link for real-time shipping updates.
Lost Parcels: If your package is lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Wrong Address Provided? If you entered an incorrect address, we cannot be responsible for missing parcels, so double-check before checkout!
🚨 No Refunds for Delayed Deliveries: We do our best, but we can’t control courier delays. If your order is late, we appreciate your patience!
Prefer to pick up your candy in person? No problem! Here’s how it works:
✅ Place your order online and select “Click & Collect” at checkout.
✅ Wait for the confirmation email before heading to the store.
✅ Pick up your order at Tanglin Mall #01-101 within 3 days.
✅ Bring your order confirmation email and ID for verification.
📌 Orders not collected within 3 days may be canceled without a refund, unless prior arrangements are made.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS policy unless:
You receive the wrong item (our bad! We’ll fix it ASAP).
Your order is damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours with photos).
Your order is lost by the courier (we will investigate and compensate accordingly).
